Hi, I’m Sharon.

I’m a fellow traveler in this thing we call life.

Just like you, I am figuring out new things about life and myself every day. What a journey we are all on.

Sharon Saul

Licensed Therapist

Hi, I’m Sharon, fellow seeker of hope.

I can still envision myself sitting on a comfy chair in my living room of the townhouse I now lived in. This was my first time ever living alone. I went from high school to college to getting married to having three kids to them launching and to my husband wanting a divorce. I was blind-sided.

I remember making space for my fears, my heart break and all of my questions about “What now?” As I cried, I told myself that I was just a huge pile of broken pieces scattered all over the floor. My heart ached.

Then there was a pause and something stirring inside of me. That stirring brought me to the image of a mosaic and how it is made from broken pieces (maybe scattered all over the floor.) I realized then that broken pieces can be the start of something beautiful, something unique.

There will never be two mosaics that are exactly alike. Why? Because they are made from broken pieces and transformed into something beautiful. Those thoughts and ideas brought hope to my mixed and fearful being and I began to believe that I was much more than just broken pieces. I was (and am) a beautiful mosaic and there is not another one just like me. Hope sprouted.

My Strengths

My clients often tell me is that they feel seen, heard, and understood. I have no trouble doing deep work with clients and love getting to see them experience the kind of growth and transformation they come to therapy for.

  • Dynamic, personalized approach
  • Highly empathetic to peoples lived experiences
  • I lead people to those “a-ha” moments when they need them most- sometimes they are just something that a client has never acknowledged and other times it is things that you as a client never even entertained. Whatever it is, we will figure it out together.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. It is not about you having a problem and me having the answer. We come together to explore and discover what has been helpful in life as well as what has or is hurtful in life now.

Sharon's therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and direct. She aims to get to the heart of issues while supporting client growth and self-determination.
